These are a time for fellowship. People of all ages, walks of life, and thoughtforms are welcome. Usually I will talk about a subject related to self help but I have also led people on meditations to meet their spirit animal guides. After the first activity people lie down or sit in a circle, being sure to have physical contact with their neighbor. Using the chakra note bowls I get everyone’s energy in alignment then I will channel DI energy to manifest peace and well being for the group. Subsequently we share our experiences and learn from one another.
